CAPTURE is a fast track to robust knowledge sharing. It enables you to document your successes and challenges, disseminate your findings, as well as discover other interventions to inform your work. CAPTURE’s easy-to-use platform enables you to create structured summaries of your intervention (project, program, initiative, etc.) to share and for others to explore.
Connect with others
CAPTURE’s My Network function enables you to search the platform for other practitioners and professionals involved in primary prevention of chronic diseases and to create your personalized, dynamic network. When you complete Your Profile, CAPTURE will suggest people and interventions (projects, programs, initiatives, etc.) that may be of interest to you. Whether you are looking to connect with peers with common interests or exploring new areas – CAPTURE can connect you.
Find resources
CAPTURE provides a range of information relevant to you and your intervention (project, program, initiative, etc.) such as fellow practitioners and organizations; summaries of completed and in-progress interventions; relevant government policies; grey literature and evaluation reports. You can also discover new solutions, potential collaborations and partnerships through CAPTURE’s Search, My Network and My Bookmark functions.
